Why families choose Lorain Bilingual Academy
Independent thinkers. Fluent bilingual communicators.
Our mission is to develop independent thinkers and fluent bilingual communicators in a safe and supportive learning environment. We set ourselves apart through a deep commitment to bilingualism and student well-being, meeting each child where they are and preparing them for where they’re going.
01Daily Bilingual Immersion: every student receives one hour of Spanish instruction daily, fostering cognitive growth and global awareness.
02Strong ELL Support: dedicated English Language Learner support helps ensure no child is left behind.
03Holistic Growth: a mindfulness-based social-emotional learning curriculum, supported by partners like El Centro, builds character and resilience for high school and beyond.
04A Close-Knit Community: a warm, inclusive environment where every student is known by name and celebrated for their unique heritage.
