Empower Summer Program
The Lorain Bilingual Academy’s free EMPOWER Summer Program is a full-day, Monday–Friday experience developed by former Ohio State Buckeyes and NFL veterans Braxton Miller and DeVier Posey. Designed to build confidence, resilience, and life skills in youth, the program blends physical activity, eSports, tutoring, and field trips. Participants gain tools in self-management, collaboration, communication, and critical thinking—while having fun in a structured, supportive environment.
